
Chai Latte Shake
Kick-start your morning with a little chai energy.
Ingredients:
- 2 spoons French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
- 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened liquid iced tea concentrate
- 1/2 banana
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- A few dashes each: ginger, clove, black pepper
- 4-5 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.

Ingredients:
- 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula
- 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
- 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Blueberry Cranberry Shake
Blueberry Cranberry Shake
A health sensation, packed with the goodness of blueberries and cranberries.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
- 1/3 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 cup low-calorie cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- A few drops orange extract
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

Vegetarian Bacon Tortillas
Ingredients:
- 8 slices Veggie Bacon
- ½ cup Cajun or spicy tomato sauce
- 4 – 10 inch soft flour tortillas
- ½ cup grated low fat mozzarella or soy cheese
Directions:
Brush or spread about 2 Tbsp of tomato sauce on each tortilla. Starting at one each of tortilla, place 2 slices Veggie Bacon next to each, lengthwise. Top with 2 Tbsp cheese.
Start at the same end of tortilla and roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Place a piece of foil on baking tray and bake tortillas in a preheated 180-degree oven until cheese is melted, about 12 minutes. Remove and cut into 1inch rounds. Serve with salsa, if desired.
Apple Pie Shake
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs. ShapeWorks Formula One Nutritional Shake Mix – Vanilla
- 1 small apple, seeded or 1/4 c. applesauce
- 1 c. nonfat milk or low fat soy milk
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Creamy Chocolate Shake
Ingredients:
- 10 oz. very cold water
- 3 tbs. ShapeWorks Formula One Nutritional Shake Mix – Chocolate
- 1 tbs. ShapeWorks Formula Three Personalised Protein Powder
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend on high until rich and creamy.
Chocolate Raspberry Shake
- 1 serve (15g) Chocolate Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 serves (12g) Herbalife® Personalised Protein Powder
- 300mL skim or soy milk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/8 teaspoon orange essence
- 4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Strawberry Kiwi Shake
- 1 serve (20g) French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 serves (12g) Herbalife® Personalised Protein Powder
- 300mL skim or soy milk
- 1⁄2 cup frozen whole strawberries
- 1 very ripe kiwi, peeled
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon essence
- 4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
CHAI TEA LATTE SMOOTHIE

- 300mL skim or soy milk
- 1⁄2 medium banana
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened iced tea cordial
- teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch each of ginger, cloves & black pepper
- 4-5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender, and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
Banana Bread Shake
- 1 serve (20g) French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
- 2 serves (12g) Herbalife® Personalised Protein Powder
- 300mL skim or soy milk
- 1⁄2 very ripe banana
- Few drops vanilla essence
- A dash cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes
